Corporate partners of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have joined forces to provide incentives for the Super Eagles to secure a win against Zimbabwe in today’s 2026 FIFA World Cup African Qualification Series Matchday 6 encounter.
Nigerian Breweries, through their brands Goldberg, Life Continental, and Zagg Energy drink, are sponsoring the Man-of-the-match award with a cash prize of one million naira. The winner will receive the award on the pitch immediately after the final whistle.
“We are excited to partner with the NFF to motivate the Super Eagles to victory,” said a spokesperson for Nigerian Breweries. “We believe that our brands, Goldberg, Life Continental, and Zagg Energy drink, embody the spirit of Nigerian football, and we are proud to support the team.”

Carloha, the official automobile company of the NFF and the National Teams, will also present the Chery Most Valuable Player award, worth one million naira. The winner will be selected by sports journalists attending the match.
“We are delighted to be part of this initiative to motivate the Super Eagles,” said a spokesperson for Carloha. “We believe that our brand, Chery, represents excellence and quality, and we are proud to associate ourselves with the Nigerian national team.”
These incentives aim to motivate the Super Eagles to deliver an outstanding performance and secure the three points against Zimbabwe. With the support of their corporate partners, the NFF is confident that the team will rise to the challenge and make Nigeria proud.

“We are grateful for the support of our corporate partners,” said NFF President, Ibrahim Gusau. “Their incentives will surely motivate the Super Eagles to give their best against Zimbabwe. We are confident that with their support, we will emerge victorious.”
